Banana & Almond Butter Toast
For some lazy people out there, not that we want you to keep up with this truly dangerous habit. But to keep you from skipping that all important meal of the day. Here’s a 2 minute recipe that will keep full your craving tummy until lunch.
It’s only 200-250 calories all till the afternoon!
1. Almond Butter - 1 tablespoon
2. Rye Bread (toasted) - 1 slice
3. Banana (sliced) - 1 medium
1. Spread generously a spoon full of almond butter on one slice of toast.
2. Top the toast with banana slices, and you are good to grab the bite.
