5. Spinach Raspberry Flaxseed Oil Shake
This is the last smoothie in today’s list. Keep in mind that it is for four servings so if you want to make it for one then cut down the ingredients accordingly.
1 container of non-fat strawberry yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup dry oatmeal
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp flaxseed oil
Handful fresh spinach
12 ice cubes
