Garlic-Carrot Chutney
Ingredients:
- 1-Cup carrot, grated
- 2 Tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 2 Tablespoon red chili powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon olive oil
- Salt according to taste
Directions:
Using mixer, blend chopped garlic, red chili powder, lemon juice and salt to a fine paste.Now add to the mixture grated carrots and oil. Store in fridge in an air tight jar.
