Garlic-Carrot Chutney

Ingredients:

  • 1-Cup carrot, grated
  • 2 Tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt according to taste
      Directions: Using mixer, blend chopped garlic, red chili powder, lemon juice and salt to a fine paste.Now add to the mixture grated carrots and oil. Store in fridge in an air tight jar.
