How to Prepare a Healthy Nugget Upma

- 1/4 cup nuggets
- 200 ml water
- 1/2 dalchini
- 1 cardamom
- 1 onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 pinch red chili powder
- 1/2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs oil
- Pinch of garam masala
- Pinch of tandoori masala
How to cook
- Wash and soak nuggets for water for an hour.
- Add dalchini and cardamom to the heating oil in the pan.
- Add tomato puree and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add chopped onion, salt and red chili powder.
- Add soaked nuggets and cook till it is almost dry.
- Add tandoori masala and garam masala to it.
- It is almost done, now just add little lemon juice on the top and serve hot.
