Low-Cal Fruit Sandesh For Weight Loss

Have you heard about Sandesh? It is a Bengali sweet made of chenna or resh paneer and is flavored in several ways. Sandesh is a classic Bengali sweet made with fresh paneer or chenna which is often flavoured in a variety of ways. Here I am going to tell you about a fascinating combination of fruits like strawberries and oranges and low fat paneer.

Ingredients

For sandesh

1 recipe low fat paneer 1 tbsp low fat milk 2 tbsp skimmed milk powder 4 tbsp sugar

For garnishing

1/4 cup of chopped fruits

For orange sauce

1/3 cup fresh orange juine 2 to 3 drops lemon juice 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 tbsp cornflour

Directions:

For sandesh

1. Take all ingredients and blend tell in a blender until smooth. 2. Now spread sandesh in 100mm serving dish and cool it down for at least 30 minutes.

For orange sauce

1. Mix all ingredients in a pan. 2. Keep on cooking until the sugar is dissolved. 3. Let it cool down completely.

How to proceed

1. Its time for garnishing so garnish sandesh with chopped fruits. 2. Cut in any shape you like and serve with orange sauce.
