Muesli with Prunes

Ingredients:

  • Grated unpeeled apple 1cup
  • Rolled oats 1/2cup
  • Steel cut oats 1/2cup
  • Almonds 1/2cup,chopped
  • Sunflower seeds 1/2cup,raw
  • Apple juice 1/2cup
  • Prunes (dried) 1/2cup, quatered
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
  • Sliced banana and yogurt, for serving
  Directions: In a large bowl, mix apple, oats, almonds, sunflower seeds and prunes. Add apple juice, orange zest and orange juice mix well, refrigerate, covered, overnight. Serve chilled topped with bananas and yogurt.
