OLAN RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red pumpkin cubes
  • 1 cup white pumpkin cubes
  • 6 green slit chillies
  • salt  to taste
  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • 10-12 curry leaves (kari patta)
      Method:
  1. Boil the vegetables in 1 cup water with salt and slit green chilies. Stir frequently till the vegetables are soft and completely cooked.
  2. Mash the vegetables lightly with a ladle, pour the olive oil, mix and add the curry leaves.
  3. Adjust salt to taste and serve.
