Recipe of Greek Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 pound chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 lemons, juiced
Directions
  • Prepare the marinade in a glass dish by mixing garlic, oregano, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  • Put chicken pieces in the mixture and marinate it. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or better, overnight.
  • Preheat grill for high heat.
  • Lightly oil the grill grate and then place chicken on the grill.
  • Cook chicken pieces up to 30 minutes or till the juices run clear. Don’t forget to rotate sides.
