Rice Noodles Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice noodles
  • 2-3 sliced tomatoes
  • 2-3 basil leaves
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  Directions:

Boil the rice noodles for 6-8 minutes. Slice the tomatoes and avocado. Add everything to a bowl with olive oil and seeds. Serve chilled.
