Thandai

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 lts water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • 1 tbsp melon seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp tennel (saunf)
  • 1/2 tsp cardomam(elaichi)powder
  • 1/2 peppercom whole
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 1/2 cup dried roes petals
  • 1 and half cup honey
  Directions: Add honey to water and keep aside.Wash all ingredients.Soak foe 3-4 hours.Blend into thick paste.Add water mixture to this paste.Add milk and rose water.Add cardamom powder mix well.Serve chilled.
