Fasting is a tradition that has been in practice since ages for religious purposes and sometimes as a part of weight loss process. As fasting is followed to clean, detoxify and resting bodies, one should never compromise ones health during fasting.<\/p>\n<p>Some ways to healthy fasting this navratri:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. People who suffer from diabetes and GERD, pregnant women and children must avoid fasting for their own benefit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Some people rely only on water and skip meals.Just remember that your body requires considerate amount of vitamins, minerals, protein etc. So do not ever starve your body from these, otherwise it will cause anxiety, fatigue, headaches and acidity problems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. With so many packed and oily foods available during this time, it feels like a feast. But avoid consuming these oily items to much extent as it can make you feel dizzy and tired. Eat according to the capacity of your stomach and don\u2019t let the weighing scales tip to the wrong side.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Not only it keeps you healthy but it helps to run body functions in a healthy way. Drinking Fresh fruit juices and milk is also beneficial for your health. These habits are helpful when you are fasting and it will clean your toxins and helps to maintain a perfect smooth liquid flow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
