Things You Need:
Section 1
1 Big cauliflower 2 tablespoon of all purpose flour 2 cups of corn flour 2 tablespoon of chili powder 1 teaspoon of powdered pepper 1 teaspoon of salt Water
Section 2
1 Sliced onion 3-4 cloves of finely chopped garlic Finely chopped ginger 1-2 green chilies (chopped) 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce 3 Tablespoons of soya sauce 2 tablespoons of oil
Preparation Method 1. Separate the florets of cauliflower and keep in hot water for about 5 minutes. 2. Mix all the section 1 ingredients together, to make a thick mixture. 3. Dip the florets in the mixture and then deep fry (or use an air fryer to limit oil usage. 4. Drain excess oil by placing on paper napkins spread on a shallow dish. 5. Then take a non-stick pan, and heat 2 tablespoon of oil. In it saute the ginger, onions and garlic. 6. Add chili sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce and mix the ingredients. 7. Now add to this, your cauliflower balls. Gently stir and let it cook for a couple of minutes. 8. Remove from flame and transfer to serving dish. 9. Garnish with finely chopped green onions.
