1 kg double toned milk, 4tsp of tukda rice – wash nicely
2 tsp sugar, 1 and ½ cups fresh rose petals- washed
2tps water, 1 tsp rose water or a few drops of rose essence
Directions:
Boil milk and rice in a deep kadahi. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes till the rice is cooked. Remove from the fire.
Boil 2 tsp sugar with 2-3 tsp water till you get a thick sugar syrup, remove from the heat. Add rose petals, mix well. After it cool slightly. Grind roughly in a mixer.
Add rose mix to the kheer and mix well, add rose water, serve chill. As desired.
