Mint Chutney
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups mint (pudina), chopped
- 1 Cup coriander (dhania), chopped
- ½ Cup onions, chopped
- 1-2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-Teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 3-4 Green chilies
- Salt according to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and blend to a smooth paste in a mixer using very little water. Store refrigerated in an airtight container and use as required.
