Choco Almond Dessert: A Low Fat Weight Loss Recipe

What you need:

  • Almond butter - 1 Cup
  • Honey (organic)- 2/3 cup
  • Coconut milk - 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 3
  • Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
  • White flour - 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder - 3/4 teaspoon
  • Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Flax seeds (ground) - 3/4 cup
  • Choco-chips (dark) - 3/4 cup
  • Cooking spray and olive oil Directions:
  1. Set the oven on preheating at 350°F. Keep ready a baking dish sprayed with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, put almond butter, honey, coconut milk vanilla essence and break the eggs into it. Whisk the mixture together until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, take white flour, flax seeds, baking powder and baking soda. Mix them well.
  4. Now add this mixture into the almond mixture, stir well and add the choco chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the dish you had kept aside, and bake for about 35 minutes.
  6. After removing the dish from the oven, let it cool for 15 minutes.
  7. You can cut square or any other shaped shape pieces and serve the dessert. This easy to make dessert is great for your taste buds as well as your fattening belly.
